Will protect the rights of the merchants, says YSRC leader Lavu Krishnadevarayalu
MACHERLA: Stating that
Addressing at a get-together meeting of Vysyas here on Sunday, Krishnadevarayalu has said that he would be with them for full five years if voted him in the coming elections. He said that YSRCP is the only party which granted three assembly tickets to Arya Vysyas in the state. “It shows the commitment of Jagan towards the political empowerment of Vysyas. Our party wanted to make every section of the society partners of the development,” said Krishna.
He said that TDP had only utilized the Vysyas as vote bank and neglected their demands and grievances. He said that TDP leaders literally terrorized the Vysyas with their high-handed attitude. He said that merchants were virtually made to run away by closing down the businesses as they were unable to tolerate the harassment of the TDP leaders. “Make a wise move whether to get rid of such people or continue to back,” he suggested. He said that there would be complete peaceful environment under YSRCP rule for the merchants. Krishna alleged that sitting MP Rayapti Sambasiva Rao was never visible in the constituency as he got the ticket in lottery. Local MLA and assembly candidate Pinnelli Ramakrishna Reddy was also present.
