Tapas Kumar Ghosh (Trinamool Congress), Debasish Chakraborty(Debu) (Communist Party of India (Marxist)), Nabakumar Mondal (Congress), Partha Sarathi Chatterjee(Babu) (Bharatiya Janata Party), Sanjay Mistry (Bahujan Samaj Party), Aparna Guha (Socialist Unity Centre Of India (COMMUNIST)), Gopal Biswas (Independent), Pradip Sarkar (Independent), Bhabadeb Biswas (Independent), and Shubhankar Das (Independent) — 10 candidates contesting from Ranaghat Uttar Paschim in West Bengal's 2026 Assembly Election. Votes cast across this constituency are now being counted, and early trends from each round will be closely watched as the day unfolds. Ranaghat Uttar Paschim is a General constituency, with 265,846 voters on its electoral rolls. In 2021, Parthasarathi Chatterjee of the Bharatiya Janata Party won by a margin of 23,128 votes. The 2016 winner was Sankar Singha of the Congress. The 2021 turnout was 83.96%. the final result will show which candidate has secured the most votes in Ranaghat Uttar Paschim in 2026.
