Thrissur Assembly Election Results 2026 Live Updates: Congress candidate Rajan. J. Pallan wins the seat

The Kaipamangalam constituency in Kerala has returned its verdict. CPI candidate K.K. Valsaraj wins the seat with 65,448 votes, defeating Congress candidate T.M. Nazar, who secured 55,504 votes. The margin of victory stands at 9,944 votes.

Rajan J Pallan of won the Thrissur constituency with 60,290 votes, defeating CPI candidate Alankode Leelakrishnan by a margin of 26,803 votes. Leelakrishnan secured 33,487 votes. BJP candidate Padmaja Venugopal finished third with 28,662 votes.

Kerala Congress candidate Adv. Thomas Unniyadan wins the seat in Irinjalakkuda, Kerala, polling 61,917 votes to defeat CPM's Dr. R. Bindu by a margin of 9,064 votes. Thomas Unniyadan, 67, holds a Graduate Professional degree.

In the Nattika constituency of Kerala, CPI candidate Geethagopi is currently leading with 58,979 votes, holding a margin of 7,093 over Congress candidate Adv. Sunil Laloor, who has accumulated 51,886 votes so far. Counting is still underway.

In the Nattika constituency of Kerala, CPI candidate Geethagopi is currently leading with 18,228 votes, holding a margin of 1,938 over Congress candidate Adv. Sunil Laloor, who has gathered 16,290 votes and is trailing at this stage of counting.
