Sulthan Bathery Assembly Election Results 2026 Live Updates: Congress candidate I C Balakrishnan wins the seat

IC Balakrishnan of the Indian National Congress won the Sulthanbathery constituency, securing 62,339 votes and defeating CPI(M) candidate M S Viswanathan by a margin of 16,597 votes. Viswanathan polled 31,308 votes. BJP candidate Kavitha A S finished third.

In the Sulthanbathery constituency of Kerala, counting is still under way with no result declared yet. Congress candidate I C Balakrishnan holds the lead at this stage of the count. The seat has drawn considerable attention through the day as votes continue to be tallied across the constituency.
