In the Kattakkada constituency of Kerala, Congress candidate M. R. Baiju is currently leading the count with 3,142 votes. CPM's Adv. I. B. Satheesh, a 55-year-old graduate professional, is trailing behind with 2,697 votes, leaving a margin of 445 votes between the two at this stage of counting.
