Karnataka elections 2018: Confident of victory, says Congress leader DK Shivkumar

Congress leader DK Shivkumar that his party will win 132 seats and retain the state. Polling is underway in 222 constituencies of the 224-member assembly. Election has been countermanded in Jayanagara following the death of BJP candidate and sitting MLA BN Vijaykumar and deferred in RR Nagar due to the voter ID card scam.
