Terdal Constituency Election Results: Assembly seat details, MLAs, candidates & more
Terdal assembly constituency is in Karnataka's Bagalkot district, which is also a Lok Sabha seat. In the last 2019 Lok Sabha elections, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate Gaddigoudar Parvatagouda Chandanagouda won the seat with a margin of 1,68,187 votes by defeating Veena Kashappanavar of the Congress.

As far as the Terdal assembly constituency is concerned, the BJP and Congress have been winning the seat since 2008.
In 2018 assembly elections to the Terdal constituency, Siddu Savadi of the Bharatiya Janata Party won the seat by defeating sitting MLA Umashree of the Congress with a margin of 21,113 votes. Savadi had secured a total of 87,583 votes while Umashree had garnered 66,470 votes.
In 2013, the Terdal legislative assembly constituency was won by Congress candidate Umashree who had secured a total of 70,189 votes. Sitting Bharatiya Janata Party MLA Savadi had come second with total 67,590 votes, losing by just 2,599 votes.
In 2008, however, Bharatiya Janata Party candidate Savadi had won this seat by securing a total of 62,595 votes, again defeating Congress’s Umashree. The Congress candidate received total 50,351 votes, losing by 12244 votes.
In 2018, Terdal legislative assembly constituency had a total of 2,20,421 electors.
