Navsari goes to the polls in first phase of Gujarat Assembly elections on December 1, 2022. While the assembly constituency boasts of good infrastructure in terms of schools and hospitals, rising inflation has become a source of worry for the voters here. Water scarcity is another issue that is a concern for the voters. The Assembly seat has been voting in favour of the BJP since 1990. There are over two lakh forty seven thousand voters in the constituency. The BJP has changed its winning candidate and has fielded Rakesh Desai while Upesh Patel is trying his luck on an AAP ticket.
