PM Modi stopped his speech midway and directed the PMO medical team to help the party worker who faced issues due to dehydration.
NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday held his last rally in Assam ahead of the third phase of voting in the state. While the PM was delivering his speech at a rally in Tamalpur, he noticed an elderly BJP worker who fainted while standing in the audience.PM stopped his speech midway and directed the PMO medical team to help the party worker who faced issues due to dehydration.“The medical team of PMO, please help the man in the audience who seems to face an issues because of dehydration. Please help him immediately. The doctors who are accompanying me, please help our friend there”, PM Modi could be heard saying in the video which is going viral on social media.
As per official protocol, the Prime Minister is always accompanied by a four-member team of medical experts. This team includes a critical care specialist, a physician, a paramedic, and a surgeon.
