Guwahati: Winding up the campaign for the first phase, state Congress president Anjan Dutta on Saturday said Congress will form the next government for the fourth time by winning 70-71 seats.
He said the party will win 40-42 of the 65 seats in the first round."Besides winning eight to nine seats in the Barak Valley, Congress will improve its tally in the Bodo areas," he said.
Dutta took potshots at the BJP chief ministerial candidate Sarbananda Sonowal, saying that he has 'failed to deliver'.
