WB JECA counselling 2025: The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has begun the Round 1 counselling process for the West Bengal Joint Entrance for Computer Applications (WB JECA) 2025. - Click on the link titled “WB JECA 2025 Counselling” available on the homepage.
- Select the registration option and enter your WB JECA 2025 roll number, application number, and date of birth.
- Fill in the required personal and academic information.
- Pay the non-refundable registration fee of Rs 500 through online mode.
- Proceed to choice filling and select preferred institutes and courses.
- Review the selected options carefully and complete the choice locking process.

WB JECA counselling 2025: Important instructions for candidates
Candidates should carefully note the following key guidelines before participating in the counselling process:
- The counselling will be conducted in two stages: Round 1 seat allotment and Round 2 upgradation.
- Registration will be available only during the initial phase of Round 1. Candidates who miss this window will not be eligible for seat allotment in any round.
- A non-refundable registration fee of Rs 500 must be paid at the time of registration.
- After the Round 1 seat allotment, candidates are required to pay a seat acceptance fee of Rs 5,000.
- Candidates who are not allotted a seat in Round 1, opt for upgradation, or have their Round 1 allotment cancelled will be eligible to participate in Round 2 counselling.
- Reserved category seats for Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Classes-A (OBC-A), Other Backward Classes-B (OBC-B), Economically Weaker Section (EWS), and Persons with Disabilities (PwD) will not be converted into unreserved seats in any counselling round.

- Class 10, Class 12, and undergraduate academic mark sheets
- Domicile certificate
- Category certificate, if applicable
- Unique allotment identification number
