WB JECA counselling 2025: The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has begun the Round 1 counselling process for the West Bengal Joint Entrance for Computer Applications (WB JECA) 2025. WB JECA counselling 2025: Important instructions for candidates

Candidates should carefully note the following key guidelines before participating in the counselling process:

• The counselling will be conducted in two stages: Round 1 seat allotment and Round 2 upgradation.
• Registration will be available only during the initial phase of Round 1. Candidates who miss this window will not be eligible for seat allotment in any round.
• A non-refundable registration fee of Rs 500 must be paid at the time of registration.
• After the Round 1 seat allotment, candidates are required to pay a seat acceptance fee of Rs 5,000.
• Candidates who are not allotted a seat in Round 1, opt for upgradation, or have their Round 1 allotment cancelled will be eligible to participate in Round 2 counselling.
• Reserved category seats for Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Classes-A (OBC-A), Other Backward Classes-B (OBC-B), Economically Weaker Section (EWS), and Persons with Disabilities (PwD) will not be converted into unreserved seats in any counselling round.
