Vels University partners with Management Development Institute of Singapore

CHENNAI: Here is an opportunity for students to pursue a degree abroad at half the fee.
The Management Development Institute of Singapore (MDIS) and Vels University in Chennai signed an MoU on Friday. Students will complete a portion of the course at Vels University before going to Singapore to complete the course. This way, the course fee is being reduced by about 50%, according to chancellor of Vels University Ishari K Ganesh.
This is the first collaboration for MDIS with an Indian educational institute.
A total of seven courses will be offered through this venture, starting with MBA this year.
