UPSC ESE prelims result 2026: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has officially declared the Engineering Services (Preliminary) Examination 2026 result. Candidates who appeared for the examination can now check and download the result from the official website upsc.gov.in.
The UPSC Engineering Services Preliminary Examination 2026 was conducted on February 8, 2026 across various examination centres in the country. The result has been released in PDF format and contains the roll numbers of candidates who have qualified for the next stage of the selection process.
Candidates who have cleared the preliminary examination are now eligible to appear for the Engineering Services Main Examination 2026, which is scheduled to be held on June 21, 2026. The commission has advised shortlisted candidates to start preparing for the mains examination as per the prescribed syllabus and exam pattern.
As per the official notice, the e-admit cards for the Engineering Services Main Examination 2026 will be made available on the commission’s website around one week before the examination date. Candidates will be able to download their admit cards by logging in through the official portal.
The commission has also informed that the marks and cut-off marks of the Engineering Services Preliminary Examination 2026 will not be released at this stage. These details will be uploaded on the official website only after the entire examination process is completed, which includes the Main Examination and the Personality Test, followed by the declaration of the final result.
