UPSC CSE 2023 Interview Schedule released at upsc.gov.in, check details here

NEW DELHI: The Union Public Service Commission has released the UPSC CSE 2023 interview schedule today, December 19. Candidates who have qualified in the UPSC Civil Services Main Exam 2023 will have to appear for the UPSC Interview 2023. The notice for the same is available on the official website at upsc.gov.in.

As per the schedule, the UPSC Civil Services 2023 interview will be conducted from January 2, 2024, onwards.

"On the basis of the results of the Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2023 declared by the Union Public Service Commission on 8th Dec, 2023, the Commission has decided to commence the Personality Tests (Interviews) of the Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2023 w.e.f. Tuesday, 02.01.2024," reads the official notice.

The Personality Tests schedule of 1026 candidates, indicating their Roll Number, Date, and Session of the interview from January 2 to January 16, 2024, can be checked in the notification released by the Commission on its website. Reporting time for the forenoon session is 9 AM and for the afternoon session is 1 PM.

The interview schedule for the remaining candidates will be published later.

The e-summon letters of interviews of these candidates will be made available shortly, which may be downloaded from the Commission’s Website. No request for change in the date and time of the Personality Test intimated to the candidates will ordinarily be entertained.

It is important to note that for candidates who have not submitted the DAF-II within the specified deadline, their candidature shall be cancelled. In such cases, no e-summon letter will be issued to those candidates, according to the instructions given in paragraph 5.2 of the Press Note/Notice dated 08.12.2022, which declared the results of the written part of the UPSC Civil Services Mains Exam 2023.

How to Check UPSC CSE 2023 Interview Schedule?
Step 1: Go to the official website at upsc.gov.in
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the link that reads, "Interview Schedule: Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2023" under the What's New section.
Step 3: A PDF will open on the screen, check the Personality Test schedule as per roll numbers of eligible candidates.
Step 4: Download the PDF and take its printout for further reference.



The UPSC Mains exam 2023 was held on September 15, 16, 17, 23 and 24, 2023. The result was announced on December 8, 2023. For further details, candidates are advised to refer to the official website of the Commission.
