UPPSC PCS 2021 preliminary exam postponed; fresh dates later

LUCKNOW: The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has decided to postpone PCS preliminary exams 2021 in view of covid-19 pandemic.


UPPSC PCS preliminary exam was scheduled to be held on June 13, which has now been postponed indefinitely. The Commission will issue the fresh dates for the exam in due course.

Candidates who have applied for the UPPSC PCS examination are advised to visit the official portal of UPPSC — uppsc.up.nic.in — regularly to get the latest updates on the examination.

The online application process for the UPPSC PCS 2021 commenced on February 5 and concluded on March 5, 2021. Candidates were given time till March 2 to pay the application fee.

Earlier, the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission had deferred the State Degree College Screening Examination -2020 scheduled for 17 April, exams for Principal Category-2 / Deputy Principal / Assistant Director (Screening) Examination-2019 slated to be held on 23 May, and Combined State Agricultural Services (Preliminary) Examination scheduled on 30 May.
