TS DSC Notification 2024 released for 11062 vacancies, registration begins on March 4

The School Education Department of Telangana has issued a notification announcing the recruitment of School Assistants, Secondary Grade Teachers, Language Pandits, Physical Education Teachers, and Special Education Teachers for Primary Level and Upper Primary/Secondary Level positions in Government and Local body schools across the state through DSC2024. Interested candidates can apply for the recruitment from March 04 to April 02, 2024, by visiting the official website at schooledu.telangana.gov.in.

On February 28, 2024, the Government of Telangana made the decision to nullify the teacher recruitment process outlined in Notification No. 20/RC-1/DSC/TRT/2023, dated September 6, 2023, which advertised (5089) vacancies. Candidates who had previously applied in response to this notification are hereby notified that their applications will automatically carry over to the new notification, eliminating the need for reapplication.



Application Fee: The application fee for the recruitment is Rs.1000/- per post. Candidates intending to appear for multiple posts shall pay the fee of Rs.1000/- separately.

Age Limit: The candidates must be between 18 to 46 years of age. However, upper-age relaxation is applicable to the candidates of reserved categories.

The revised recruitment aims to fill (4957) teacher positions across various categories in Government and Local Body Schools within the state. Additionally, through G.O.Ms.No.26, Finance (HRM.VII) Department, dated February 26, 2024, authorisation has been granted to appoint (796) Special Education Teachers at the Primary Level and (220) at the Upper Primary/Secondary Level in Government and Local Body Schools, bringing the total number of Direct Recruitment posts for DSC-2024 to (11062).
