The Directorate of Government Examinations (DGE), Tamil Nadu, has declared the TN SSLC Result 2026. Students who appeared for the Class 10 board examinations can now check their results online by entering their registration number and date of birth on the official portals.
Along with the SSLC results, the Tamil Nadu board has also released the HSC+1 Result 2026 for Class 11 students. Apart from the official websites, students can access their digital scorecards through DigiLocker, UMANG, and SMS facilities for quick and convenient access.
Steps to check TN SSLC Result 2026 online
To download the TN SSLC provisional marksheet, students need to visit tnresults.nic.in after the result link becomes active. On the homepage, candidates must click on the “TN SSLC Result 2026” link and enter their registration number and date of birth in the required format.
After submitting the details, the result will appear on the screen. Students can then download and save the provisional marksheet for future reference. The online scorecard will contain details such as the candidate’s name, roll number, school name, subject-wise marks, total score and qualifying status.
The Tamil Nadu SSLC examinations were conducted from March 11 to April 6 this year. Around 8.71 lakh students appeared for the Class 10 public examination conducted by the DGE.
Websites to check TN board results
Students can access the TN SSLC Result 2026 through multiple official and alternate portals, including tnresults.nic.in, dge.tn.gov.in, dge1.tn.nic.in, dge2.tn.nic.in and apply1.tndge.org/dge-result.
The board has also enabled access to digital marksheets through DigiLocker. To download the result using DigiLocker, students need to sign in using their registered mobile number or Aadhaar-linked account, search for the Tamil Nadu Class 10 Result 2026 section, and enter the required roll number details.
SMS facility available for students
Candidates facing internet issues can also receive their marks through SMS. To use the service, students have to send TNBOARD10 followed by their date of birth and registration number to 9282232585.
The original marksheets issued by schools will remain the final official documents. The online scorecards available immediately after the declaration of results will be provisional in nature.
