SSC exam schedule 2026: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has issued an important notice on its official website announcing the timelines for two major recruitment examinations. The notice lays out clear dates for the Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff and Havaldar (CBIC & CBN) Examination, 2025 and the Constable (General Duty) in CAPFs and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles Examination, 2026. According to the SSC notice, the Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff and Havaldar Examination, 2025 will be held from 4 February 2026 onwards. Aspirants will be able to choose their preferred test dates through self-slotting, which opens on 15 January 2026.
Self-slotting allows candidates to select a suitable exam date and session based on their convenience once the window goes live. This process helps manage large candidate numbers and provides some control over test scheduling.
