Age Limit and Eligibility CriteriaTo be eligible, candidates must be Indian citizens and permanent residents of Assam. Additionally, candidates must be registered with a local Employment Exchange in Assam and should be fluent in Assamese or any other State language. The age requirement is between 18 to 40 years as of January 1, 2024.
Educational QualificationsCandidates must have passed the H.S.L.C or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or Council. For candidates excluding Ex-Servicemen, possessing a Home Guard Certificate or a minimum NCC ‘A’ Certificate is mandatory.
How to ApplyApplications must be submitted online through the SLPRB website (www.slprbassam.in). Candidates are required to register with a valid mobile number and will receive a Recruitment ID upon successful registration. Candidates generating multiple recruitment IDs will face cancellation of their candidature. The application window is open from February 1 to February 5, 2024, until 6:00 PM.
