Assam SEBA HSLC 2025 result NOT releasing on April 10: CM Himanta Biswa Sarma confirms delay
Assam HSLC result 2025 : Thousands of students in Assam are still awaiting their HSLC 2025 results, with the Assam State School Education Board (ASSEB) expected to declare them inthe near future. However, Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma recently stated via social media that the results will not be released on April 10, as previously anticipated. He assured that the board will announce them as soon as they are ready.
Candidates who appeared for the exam can expect their scores to be made available online once the official notification is issued. The revised timeline for the result release has yet to be confirmed by the board.
The HSLC exams for the academic year 2025 were held between February 15 and March 3, with practical exams taking place from January 21 to 22. Over 4 lakh students took part in the exams, and they are eagerly awaiting the announcement of their results.
How to Check the Assam HSLC 2025 Results
Students can access their results on one of the three official websites: sebaonline.org, resultsassam.nic.in, and asseb.in. To check their results, candidates will need to enter their roll number and other required details. The provisional mark sheet will be available for download, but students will need to collect their original mark sheet from their respective schools once they are available.
What Happens Next?
Once the results are announced, students who have passed will be required to select an academic stream for their Class 11 and 12 studies. To pass the HSLC exam, students must secure at least 30% marks in each subject and achieve an overall aggregate of 30%.
If students are not satisfied with their results, they can apply for re-evaluation. The revaluation process is expected to begin either in April or June 2025. The revaluation application will be available online, and students will have to pay a rechecking fee for each subject they wish to challenge.
