Selling today is much more professional than what it used to be few years'' ago, and it''s going to be much more professional in future. Sales and selling exist because of customers, so there is a need that a salesperson should empathise with customers. A salesperson should add value to the system. He or she should always feel free to experiment and use creativity as that will add value to you and the organisation. Go and conquer the world.
