RSSB Grade 4 Recruitment 2024: Scrutiny form window opens for 53,750 posts, check details here
Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSSB) has officially opened the window for scrutiny form of 4th Grade (Class IV) Direct Recruitment-2024, an essential step in the massive recruitment process. The relocation is after shortlisting candidates in order to conduct eligibility checks and review their documents against the enormous 53,750 vacancies announced previously.
According to the official notice, the shortlisted candidates of the board are in a ratio of approximately two times the total number of vacancies. The shortlisting range has been further extended in some special and reserved categories to guarantee that there is sufficient coverage. Such short-listed candidates will now need to fill in the Detailed Application-cum-Scrutiny Form online.
This is one of the stages of the eligibility check and document verification process, which will prove the ability of the candidates to comply with all the recruitment terms drawn up by the board.
Online scrutiny form facility has been activated since 9 February 2026 and it will be open until 23 February 2026. This is the time that a candidate has to undergo the process.
The board has made it clear that there is no other chance of giving an opportunity beyond the deadline. Any applicant who does not submit scrutiny form in time might be locked out of subsequent steps in the recruitment process.
The shortlisted applicants are required to fill the Detailed Form-cum-Scrutiny Form via the official Rajasthan Single Sign-On (SSO) portal: http://sso.rajasthan.gov.in
Applicants must use their SSO usernames and passwords to log in and complete all forms with care not to fill in any information that is not compatible with their original documents. During the process, all the required documents should be uploaded.

Applicants may complete the form of Grade 4 scrutiny of the RSSB using the following steps that are explained herein:
- Go to the primary Rajasthan SSO portal at sso.rajasthan.gov.in.
- Enter using SSO ID and password.
- Once you are logged in, click on Recruitment / Ongoing Recruitments.
- Select the name of the link 4th Grade Direct Recruitment 2024 - Detailed Form cum Scrutiny Form.
- Check thoroughly on your basic information on the screen and input the rather necessary information.
- Key in your education qualification in the manner stated in your original certificates.
- Post all the necessary files such as educational attestations, category attestations (where necessary), home residence, photo and signature.
- Go through all the facts carefully and submit it before it gets late to prevent mistakes or wrongness.
- Send the scrutiny form through the internet and save or print the confirmation page to be used later.
