RRB Group D recruitment 2026: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) will close the registration process for Group D recruitment 2026 on March 2, 2026. Candidates who have not yet applied for the 22,195 vacancies should complete their application through the official website, rrbapply.gov.in, before the deadline.
This recruitment drive offers a major opportunity for candidates who want to work in Indian Railways, one of the largest government employers in the country. The last date for payment of the application fee is March 4, 2026.
Applicants must have the required educational and technical qualifications mentioned in CEN. These qualifications must be obtained from a recognised board, institute or university on or before March 2, 2026.
The minimum age to apply is 18 years and the maximum age is 33 years. Candidates who do not fall within this age limit will not be considered for the recruitment process.
The application fee for General category candidates is ₹500. Out of this amount, ₹400 will be refunded after deducting applicable bank charges once the candidate appears for the Computer-Based Test (CBT).
Candidates belonging to SC, ST, Ex-Servicemen, Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD), Female, Transgender, Minority communities and Economically Backward Class (EBC) categories need to pay ₹250. This amount will also be refunded after they appear for the CBT.
The fee can be paid through internet banking, debit card, credit card or UPI.
