The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) will close the application window for CEN No. 09/2025 Level 1 recruitment under the 7th CPC Pay Matrix. The recruitment drive aims to fill 22,195 Group D vacancies across multiple railway zones in India. The application window will close on March 9, 2026, Monday. Candidates who successfully submit applications must complete the application fee payment by March 11, 2026 (23:59 hours).
Candidates interested in applying for the RRB Group D Recruitment 2026 (CEN No. 09/2025) can follow these steps to complete their registration before the closing date:
General category candidates are required to pay ₹500, of which ₹400 will be refunded after appearing for the Computer-Based Test, excluding bank transaction charges. Candidates belonging to SC, ST, Ex-Servicemen, Persons with Benchmark Disabilities, Female, Transgender, Minority, and Economically Backward Class categories must pay ₹250, which will also be refunded after appearing in the examination.

RRB Group D recruitment: Steps to apply
Candidates interested in applying for the RRB Group D Recruitment 2026 (CEN No. 09/2025) can follow these steps to complete their registration before the closing date:
- Access the official site of the actual Railway Recruitment Board.
- Go to the recruitment notification link of CEN No. 09/2025 -Level 1 Posts.
- Sign-up with some basic information including name, mobile number, and email ID to create a set of login credentials.
- Sign in with the registration information and complete the information about the personal, education, and category.
- Send scanned versions of photograph, signature, and other documents that are required in the format required.
- Make the application fee payment online using the existing payment methods like net banking, debit card, or UPI.
- Submit the application form and save or print the confirmation page so that it may be used in future.
