RPSC RAS 2026: The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has started the application process for the State and Subordinate Services Combined Competitive Examination 2026. The recruitment drive is being conducted for a total of 607 vacancies across Rajasthan State Services and Rajasthan Subordinate Services.
Candidates interested in appearing for the RPSC RAS 2026 examination can submit their applications online from June 4, 2026. The registration window will remain open until July 3, 2026. Applicants have been advised to review the official notification and eligibility conditions before completing the online form.
Vacancy distribution and eligibility criteria
The recruitment notification announces a total of 607 posts. Of these, 192 vacancies have been notified under Rajasthan State Services, while 415 vacancies are available under Rajasthan Subordinate Services.
Candidates applying for the examination must possess a bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognised university in India. Post-wise eligibility conditions and additional requirements are available in the detailed notification issued by RPSC.
Age limit and relaxation provisions
As per the notification, the minimum age required is 21 years and the maximum age limit is 40 years as on January 1, 2027. Age relaxation will be provided to eligible categories in accordance with the rules prescribed for the RPSC RAS/RTS Examination 2026.
Application fee details
The application fee for General, BC/OBC Creamy Layer and candidates from other states is Rs 600. Candidates belonging to OBC, BC and EWS categories are required to pay Rs 400. The fee for SC and ST candidates has also been fixed at Rs 400.
Applicants seeking to make corrections in their submitted forms will have to pay a correction charge of Rs 500. Payment can be completed through cash at Rajasthan E Mitra portals or by using debit card, credit card, net banking and UPI facilities.

RPSC has stated that One Time Registration (OTR) is mandatory for all recruitment examinations conducted by the commission. Candidates must complete OTR before submitting their applications.
The preliminary examination date will be announced as per the examination schedule. Admit cards will be released before the examination. The mains examination will also be conducted according to the schedule notified by the commission at a later stage.
Candidates are required to verify eligibility details, upload necessary documents and review all entries carefully before final submission of the application form.
