PSTET 2026 final answer key released: Direct link to check paper 1 & 2 PDFs here
The Punjab State Teacher Eligibility Test (PSTET) 2026 final answer key has been released by the Punjab School Education Board on April 5, 2026, for both Paper 1 (Primary Level) and Paper 2 (Upper Primary Level). Conducted on March 15, 2026, the exam determines eligibility for candidates aspiring to teach classes 1 to 8 across Punjab.
The final answer key comes after reviewing all objections raised against the provisional version, providing candidates with the correct responses to all 150 questions in each paper. Candidates can now estimate their scores and anticipate their qualifying status before the official results, expected in early April. The PSTET certificate, valid for seven years, will be awarded to successful candidates.
Candidates who appeared for the PSTET exam can access the final answer keys by following the steps below:
Each paper comprised 150 questions, with 1 mark awarded per correct answer and no negative marking. Paper 1 targets candidates for classes 1 to 5, while Paper 2 is for classes 6 to 8. The minimum qualifying marks vary by category: 60% for General/EWS (90/150) and 55% for OBC/SC/ST (82/150). Candidates can use the answer key to estimate their tentative scores and assess their chances of qualifying for teaching positions across the state.
Candidates are advised to download the final answer key and verify their responses carefully. The official PSTET 2026 results are expected to be announced shortly, following which successful candidates will receive their eligibility certificates.
