CHSE Odisha Plus 2 result 2026: The Council of Higher Secondary Education Odisha has officially declared the Odisha Plus 2 Result 2026 today, May 20, 2026. The results were announced between 12:30 PM and 1 PM, as confirmed earlier by School and Mass Education Minister Nityananda Gond. This year, the board released the results of all streams together, marking a shift from previous years when Science and Commerce results were announced before Arts.
More than 4.1 lakh students appeared for the Annual Higher Secondary Examination (AHSE) 2026 conducted by CHSE Odisha. The examinations were held in offline mode across the state from February 18 to March 25.
The Council of Higher Secondary Education has announced the Class 12 results for all major streams, with Science recording the highest overall pass percentage at 88.82 per cent. Girls outperformed boys across all streams. In Science, girls secured a pass rate of 90.24 per cent compared to 87.41 per cent among boys. More than 5,100 students scored above 90 per cent marks. Balasore emerged as the best-performing district in Science with a pass percentage of 96.63 per cent, while Koraput recorded the lowest at 77.14 per cent.
In Commerce, the overall pass percentage stood at 88.07 per cent, while Arts recorded 84.50 per cent. Girls continued their strong performance in both streams, securing 90.43 per cent in Commerce and 89.45 per cent in Arts. Boudh district achieved a perfect 100 per cent result in Commerce, whereas Sambalpur topped the Arts stream with 89.48 per cent. The board confirmed that no results were withheld in any stream this year, marking a smooth and successful declaration of the CHSE Odisha Plus Two results 2026.

Last year, the Odisha board recorded strong pass percentages across streams. Science registered 87.50 percent, Commerce 83.20 percent, Arts 80.51 percent, and Vocational Education 60.57 percent.
