According to the notice, the revised recruitment rules apply to posts for which recruitment rules were earlier notified in March 2025 and December 2025. With the approval of the competent authority, NVS has now amended these rules. The notice also covers Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) posts in Hindi, English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Computer Science, Art, Music, Library, Physical Education, and Special Education. In addition, the revised rules apply to Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA) posts in both Headquarters or Regional Office cadre and Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya cadre.
