NEW DELHI: The
National School of Drama

NSD
) is hosting the eighth Theatre Olympics, starting 17 February. Established in Greece in 1993, the
Theatre Olympics
is multi-city, multi-production festival that has travelled to various countries so far.
NSD Theatre Olympics
festival is spread over 51 days and will travel to 17 cities including - Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Patna, Imphal, Varanasi, Chandigarh and Thiruvananthapuram. More than 30 countries from Australia, Azerbaijan, France and Russia are going to be a part of this festival.
The Delhi programe of the NSD Theatre Olympics starts from March 3, 2018. The festival will continue till March 15. Check below full schdule of programme:

Ticket availability and other important rules* Online tickets will be available at Delhi from 15th February 2018
* Offline tickets will be available at Delhi from 18th February 2018 at respective venues from 10.00 am everyday
* Maximum 4 tickets per person per play for each phase at a time will be permitted
* Current booking will start at the respective theatres one hour before the show as per the availability of tickets
* On line booking of all tickets denominations will be available at http://8ththeatreolympics.nsd.gov.in
* Online booking will close two hours before the show
* Children below 8 years not allowed
* Seating in Open Lawn, Sammukh & Bahumukh are on a first come first served basis
* Nearest Metro Station - Mandi House
* Food and drinks not allowed in the auditoriums
* Handbags will be subject to security check
* Limited parking of vehicles on Bhagwandas Road or Lane, would be at the owner's risk.
* Still photography and videography are strictly prohibited
