NEET PG 2024 Round 2 Counselling Schedule: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has initiated the registration and choice-filling process for Round 2 of the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test for Postgraduate (NEET-PG) 2024 counselling.
Candidates must note that the choices they made in the previous round are no longer valid. They are required to submit fresh preferences for colleges and courses for this round. The choice-filling window opens on December 5, 2024, and will remain active until December 9, 2024.
Participants will have five days to finalize and lock their choices. The seat allotment results for Round 2 will be published on December 12, 2024. Following this, the NEET PG state counselling for Round 2 will also commence on the same day.
Candidates allotted seats in this round must report to their designated colleges between December 13 and December 20, 2024. The verification of joined candidates’ data by institutes will take place between December 21 and December 22, 2024.
Additionally, the MCC recently permitted candidates to update their nationality status from Indian to NRI. Requests and supporting documents for this change had to be submitted by 10:00 AM on December 1, 2024.
