Cummings Scholars Program
This scholarship is designated for students from Baltimore City and Washington, DC, public schools. Eligible students must have resided in Baltimore City or Washington, DC, and attended a public school there for three consecutive years. US citizenship is also required. No separate application is necessary. The program offers two tiers of funding:

QuestBridge Scholarship Program
Johns Hopkins partners with QuestBridge, a college admission and scholarship program aimed at high-achieving, low-income students. Those admitted through QuestBridge receive full four-year scholarships. Hopkins considers students with a total family income of $80,000 or less, with typical assets for that income level.

- Students from families with incomes of $80,000 or less receive full cost-of-attendance scholarships, covering tuition, room, board, and fees.
- Students from families with incomes between $80,000 and $150,000 will have their family contribution capped at 10% of their income.
