IIM Lucknow Placements 2023: The Indian Institute of Management Lucknow, the fourth in the esteemed family of IIMs, follows the establishment of IIM Calcutta, IIM Ahmedabad, and IIM Bangalore. The vision and initiation of creating IIMs were attributed to the first Prime Minister of India, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru.

Founded in 1984, IIM Lucknow, since its inception, has significantly impacted millions of lives, both directly and indirectly, through its faculty, alumni, and support staff. IIM Lucknow is dedicated to shaping its students into value-driven leaders, managers, and global players. The institute actively engages in a diverse range of academic activities, focusing on the creation, dissemination, and application of management knowledge and practices.

The prestigious institute concluded its Final Placements 2023 for the Batch of PGP37 and ABM18. The Institute secured 100% placements for the largest batch in the history of its 37-year legacy, securing 632 offers for 556 students and placing students across various roles in Consulting, Finance, General Management, IT and Analytics, Sales and Marketing, Operations and Retail E-Commerce with top recruiters from across the globe.

IIM Lucknow successfully achieved the highest-ever average and median CTC of 32.23 LPA and 30 LPA respectively, with the highest domestic and international CTC reaching 1 CPA and 65 LPA respectively.

A considerable number of legacy recruiters from both domestic and international markets, alongside new recruiters offering a variety of job profiles, successfully conducted their recruitment processes. Despite the prevailing economic conditions, the placement drive achieved remarkable success due to the unwavering support of recruiters and placement teams. This marked the best placement yet, with over 200 recruiters participating in the Final Placement Process.

Some of the top recruiters of IIM Lucknow Placements 2023 included Barclays, Accenture, BCG, Deloitte, Amazon, Jio, Capgemini, and KPMG, among others.
