IIFT MBA admissions 2026: Registration window opens at iift.ac.in; check eligibility and direct link to apply here
The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade has opened the online registration window for Master of Business Administration (International Business) and Master of Business Administration (Business Analytics) admissions for the 2026–2028 academic cycle. Interested applicants can submit their forms on the official website, iift.ac.in. As per the announced timeline, the last date to complete the application process and fee payment is November 28, 2025, up to 11:59 PM.
The admission cycle for foreign nationals and Non-Resident Indians is scheduled to commence from February 2026, subject to regulatory approvals.
Candidates can complete the process by following these steps:
Shortlisting will be based on Common Admission Test (CAT) 2025 scores along with other assessment parameters defined by the institute. Candidates who qualify in the initial round will be invited for the next stage consisting of Group Discussion and Personal Interview. These rounds will be conducted offline across Delhi, Kolkata, Kakinada, GIFT City, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Indore, Lucknow, and Mumbai.
Candidates must ensure they meet the following academic and category-specific conditions before submitting the application.
MBA (International Business):
A refundable security deposit of ₹10,000 is applicable at each campus. Eligible SC, ST, and PwD candidates will receive a 50 percent concession on tuition fees. Accommodation charges may vary based on single or triple occupancy. Fee refunds, if applicable, will follow University Grants Commission (UGC) guidelines and may take at least two months to process.
MBA (Business Analytics):
Candidates must fulfill any one of the following criteria:
Students awaiting final results may apply, subject to eligibility verification by October 31, 2026. There is no age restriction.
Intake capacity:
The total fee for this programme is ₹17,87,506, along with a refundable security deposit of ₹5,000. The amount covers tuition, library access, computing and internet facilities, medical insurance, and alumni or student body charges. This is a non-residential programme. SC, ST, and PwD candidates are eligible for a 50 percent concession on tuition fees.
Applicants are required to pay the non-refundable application fee as per their category and programme selection.
MBA (International Business):

- Applicants must possess a recognized Bachelor’s degree of at least three years in any discipline with a minimum of 50 percent marks. The minimum requirement for Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Persons with Disability (PwD) categories is 45 percent.
- Students currently in their final year are eligible to apply, provided they submit proof of required qualification by October 31, 2026.
- There is no upper age limit for applying.
- Delhi campus: 240 seats
- Kolkata campus: 240 seats
- GIFT City campus: 120 seats
- Kakinada campus: 120 seats
- Delhi: ₹21.82 lakh
- Kolkata: ₹21.32 lakh
- Kakinada: ₹19.68 lakh (boarding and lodging excluded)
- GIFT City: ₹19.68 lakh (boarding and lodging excluded)

- A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50 percent marks or 5.0 Cumulative Grade Point Average on a 10-point scale, with Mathematics or Statistics studied at the undergraduate level.
- A Bachelor of Technology or Bachelor of Engineering degree in any specialization with at least 50 percent marks or 5.0 Cumulative Grade Point Average on a 10-point scale.
- A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50 percent marks or 5.0 Cumulative Grade Point Average on a 10-point scale, with Mathematics studied at the senior secondary (10+2) level. Applied Mathematics at the senior secondary level is not accepted.
