Through this recruitment drive, IDBI Bank aims to fill 1,100 vacancies for the post of Junior Assistant Manager across different zones in India, including Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Lucknow, Ahmedabad, and Chandigarh.

The online test will have 200 questions for 200 marks and will be conducted for a duration of 120 minutes. It will cover reasoning, English language, quantitative aptitude, and general or banking awareness.
Candidates who qualify in the online test will be called for the interview. The final selection will be based on combined performance in the test and interview.
Selected candidates will be appointed as Grade ‘O’ officers. The annual salary will range between ₹6.14 lakh and ₹6.50 lakh (Cost to Company) in a Class A city.
They will be on a one-year probation period, and may be promoted to Grade ‘A’ after three years, based on performance and availability of vacancies.

- A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised university
Minimum marks required:
- 60% for General, Economically Weaker Section (EWS), and Other Backward Classes (OBC)
- 55% for Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD)
Age limit (as on March 1, 2026):
- Minimum: 20 years
- Maximum: 25 years
