ICSI CS December 2026 Schedule Out: Exams to begin from December 21- Check all dates
The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has announced the examination schedule for the Company Secretary (CS) Executive and Professional December 2026 session. Candidates appearing for the upcoming examinations can now check the subject-wise timetable on the official website, icsi.edu.
According to the schedule, both the CS Executive and CS Professional examinations will be conducted in offline mode from December 21 to December 28, 2026. All papers will be held from 2 pm to 5.15 pm.
The CS Executive examination will begin with Jurisprudence, Interpretation and General Laws on December 21. Other papers include Capital Market and Securities Laws, Company Law and Practice, Economic, Commercial and Intellectual Property Laws, Setting Up of Business, Industrial and Labour Laws, Tax Laws and Practice, and Corporate Accounting and Financial Management.
The CS Professional examination will also start on December 21 with Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) – Principles and Practice. The remaining papers include Strategic Management and Corporate Finance, Drafting, Pleadings and Appearances, Corporate Restructuring, Valuation and Insolvency, and Compliance Management, Audit and Due Diligence.
ICSI has also scheduled two open-book elective papers for CS Professional candidates. Elective 2 will be held on December 27, while Elective 1 is scheduled for December 28. Candidates can choose from subjects notified by the institute for these papers.
With the timetable now available, candidates can plan their preparation according to the examination dates and subjects allotted to their respective groups.
