The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has announced the results of the CS Professional examinations for the December 2025 session today, February 25, 2026. The results were declared on the official website, icsi.edu at 11 AM.
Candidates who appeared for the examinations can now download by visiting the official website. They will need important credentials to log in to the website by using their roll number and other required credentials. The result includes a detailed subject-wise break-up of marks, enabling candidates to assess their performance paper by paper.
Company Secretary Executive & Professional Examination was held offline from 22nd to 29th December, 2025 at designated centres. The exam was held under the Revised Syllabus 2022 framework.
With the declaration of results, the candidates can now ascertain their eligibility for the next academic/training stage under the Company Secretary programme.
ICSI has clarified that the formal e-result-cum-marks statement for Executive programme candidates has been uploaded online. No physical copy will be issued for Executive candidates.
However, for Professional programme candidates, the result-cum-marks statement will be dispatched to their registered address. In case the physical copy is not received within 30 days, candidates may contact the institute through official communication channels.
Here are the steps to download the ICSI CS result 2026:
A candidate is required to get at least 40 per cent marks in each subject and 50 per cent marks in aggregate in all subjects in one sitting, to be declared pass in the CS examination. Both these criteria have to be satisfied by a candidate to be declared pass.
A person who has passed the examination may go ahead only with the next stage of the programme or practical training requirements, if any.

- On the homepage, click on the link for CS Professional December 2025 Result or CS Executive December 2025 Result, as applicable.
- Enter your roll number and required login credentials.
- Click on the submit/login button.
- Your result along with subject-wise marks will appear on the screen.
- Download the scorecard and take a printout for future reference.
