HSSC registration window 2026 closing today: The Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) will close the registration window for the 2026 Constable recruitment, today, March 19, 2026. The deadline was extended on March 16, 2026. The recruitment drive aims to fill over 5,500 constable posts across the Haryana police, including male and female general duty positions in the Government Railway Police. Only candidates who have cleared the HSSC Common Eligibility Test (CET) for Group C are eligible to apply. The reopening comes after several requests to revise the annual family income limit for the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) category. Previously, the online application started on January 11 and ended on January 25, 2026.
The applicants need to apply by filling up the application forms online on the official website of HSSC, which is available at www.hssc.gov.in.
There are three phases of the selection process for the HSSC candidates. The phases include the written test, followed by the physical screening test and physical measurement test, and finally the verification of documents and the medical test.
