Selection process, salary and benefits

First is a computer-based online aptitude test with 60 questions covering English, Mathematics, Logical Reasoning, and Computer Knowledge, with 60 minutes to complete. The salary for Office Assistants ranges from ₹19,500 to ₹37,815 with 11 stagnation increments. Other benefits include pension under NPS, medical insurance, gratuity, and concessional loans.
