said that bankers were keen to extend financial support and training to the management students. He said that students should be ready with projects to make the bankers extend assistance. He said that industry is also waiting for the management leaders who could turn around the performances with their innovative thinking and leadership abilities. "Management students should never think like other graduates, who would settle for clerical jobs. They should aim to lead the team at bigger level," said Ravindranth.
