CSBC Bihar Constable recruitment 2026: Bihar Police Radio (Technical) Cadres Bihar Police Constable (Operator) recruitment notification is issued by the Central Selection Board of Constables (CSBC). The recruitment drive aims to fill 993 vacancies in the Police Radio (Technical) Cadres. The official CSBC Bihar website may be used by eligible candidates between March 1 and 31, 2026.
A total of 993 vacancies have been allocated to the women candidates in 338 posts out of the 993 vacancies which are distributed in a structured category-wise manner.
The candidates should have successfully completed an intermediate (10+ 2) or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in the Science stream.
Application fee is 100 in any category to be paid online through BHIM UPI, net banking or debit card.

CSBC Bihar Police eligibility 2026: Eligibility criteria
The candidates should have successfully completed an intermediate (10+ 2) or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in the Science stream.
- Candidates of the General and other category should acquire the minimum marks of 50 percent.
- The SC and ST candidates must have an average score of 45 per cent.
- The Unreserved category candidates are between the age of 18 to 25 years on August 1, 2026. The category of age relaxation will be on the categories that are reserved according to the norms of the government.
Application fee is 100 in any category to be paid online through BHIM UPI, net banking or debit card.
CSBC Bihar Police 2026 selection procedure
Written examination
The written test will entail:
- 100 objective-type questions
- Total of 100 marks
- Duration of two hours
- Each wrong answer will be rated as 0.25 points, negatively marked.
General Knowledge and Contemporary Affairs.

- Chemistry
- Mathematics
- The questionnaires will consist of 25 questions each.
Those who pass the written examination will be recruited through the Physical Efficiency Test. This includes:
