CRPF Constable recruitment 2026: The Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) has released the official notification for Constable (Technical & Tradesmen and Pioneer) recruitment 2026. A total of 9,195 vacancies have been announced for male and female candidates across India.
The vacancies are available for multiple trades, including Driver, Cook, Carpenter, Tailor, Barber, Washerman, Safai Karamchari, Other technical and tradesmen posts.
The selection process will include the following stages:
Final selection will be based mainly on Computer Based Test (CBT) performance, subject to qualifying other stages.

- Pioneer wing: 20 additional posts (all-India basis)

CRPF Constable recruitment 2026: Eligibility criteria
- Candidates must be citizens of India.
- Age limit:
- Driver post: 21 to 27 years
- Other posts: 18 to 23 years
- Age relaxation will be provided as per government rules.
- Educational qualification:
- Candidates must have passed Matriculation (Class 10) or equivalent from a recognized board.
- Some posts may require technical qualifications or Industrial Training Institute (ITI) certificates and relevant work experience.

- Physical Standard Test (PST)
