Aspiring candidates can access their CTET Admit Card for the January 2024 exam by visiting the official website www.ctet.nic.in. The release of the admit card is scheduled two days before the examination date, specifically on 19th January 2024.
The CTET Exam for the January 2024 session is set to take place on 21st January 2024 (Sunday), featuring two shifts. The morning shift, labelled Shift 1, will be conducted from 09:30 am to 12:00 noon, while the afternoon shift, Shift 2, is scheduled from 02:30 pm to 05:00 pm. The duration of the CTET Exam is 2.5 hours, and the mode of examination is offline.
As candidates prepare for the CTET Exam, it is essential to familiarize themselves with the exam pattern. The test comprises two papers – Paper I for candidates aspiring to teach classes I to V, and Paper II for those intending to teach classes VI to VIII. Both papers consist of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) with four options, and candidates need to choose the correct answer.
Certificate Validity
The duration of CTET score validity is a pivotal consideration for candidates. Following successful qualification, the CTET certificate is now valid for a lifetime, eliminating the previous seven-year limit from the date of result declaration. This lifelong validity empowers candidates to pursue teaching opportunities in both Central and State Government schools indefinitely, providing increased flexibility and long-term career prospects.
