BOI Apprentice recruitment 2025: The Bank of India (BOI) has released an official notification inviting applications for the engagement of 400 apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961 for the year 2025-26. The online registration process will begin tomorrow, December 25, 2025, and eligible candidates can apply through the official website bankofindia.bank.in
According to the notification, the apprenticeship engagement is for a period of one year and is open to graduates across multiple states and zones in India. The selection process will include an online written examination followed by a local language test
A total of 400 apprenticeship seats have been announced across various states and zones. The vacancies are distributed among Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Other Backward Classes, Economically Weaker Section, and General categories, including seats reserved for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities. Candidates can apply for only one state and one zone within that state
Nationality:
The applicant must be a citizen of India.
Age limit (as on December 1, 2025):
Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per government norms.
Educational qualification:Candidates must hold a graduate degree in any discipline from a recognised university. The graduation degree should have been completed between April 1, 2021, and December 1, 2025
The selection will be done in two stages:
Selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend of ₹13,000 for one year. This includes the bank’s share and the Government of India’s support transferred through Direct Benefit Transfer.

BOI Apprentice recruitment 2025: Selection process
The selection will be done in two stages:
- Online written examination
- General and Financial Awareness
- English Language (qualifying only)
- Quantitative and Reasoning Aptitude
- Computer Knowledge
- Test of local language of the applied state
- The final merit list will be prepared state-wise and category-wise based on marks obtained in the online exam

How to apply for BOI Apprentice recruitment 2025
Candidates can follow the steps below after the application link is activated:
- Visit the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal and complete student registration.
- Note down the enrolment ID generated after registration.
- Log in to the NATS portal and apply for the advertised Bank of India apprenticeship vacancy.
- After applying, candidates will receive an email to complete the final application and examination fee payment.
- Submit the form and keep a copy of the confirmation page for future reference.
