TNPSC Veterinary Assistant 2022: The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) has started the online application for direct recruitment to the post of Veterinary Assistant Surgeon in the Tamil Nadu Animal Husbandry Service. Interested and eligible students can fill the application form available on the official website at tnpsc.gov.in.
The online application process for TNPSC Veterinary Assistant Surgeon began today, November 18, 2022.The last date to submit the application form is December 17, 2022 The examination will be conducted on March 15, 2023 in two shifts. The first shift will have Paper-I exam from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM and second shift will be for Paper-II from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM.

Veterinary Assistant Surgeon Recruitment: Educational Qualification
The candidates must have a degree in B.V.Sc. and should have passed SSLC examination or its equivalent examination with Tamil as one of the languages.
Note: The candidates must be registered as Veterinary Practitioner with the Tamil Nadu State Veterinary Council Constituted under the Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984 (Central Act 52 of 1984).
TNPSC Veterinary Assistant 2022: Fees
Applicants are required to pay one time registration fees of Rs 150 and examination fee of Rs 200.
TNPSC Veterinary Assistant Surgeon Recruitment: Selection Process
Selection will be made in two successive stages i.e., (i) Examination (Computer Based Test Method) and (ii) Oral Test in the shape of an interview. The final selection will be made on the basis of the total marks obtained by the applicants at the CBT examination and oral test taken together.
