Applications for more than 1600 posts in the Intelligence Department of the Union Home Ministry can be made from Saturday, November 5. 10th pass candidates up to maximum 27 years can apply. Before applying, know the whole selection process.
The Intelligence Bureau under the Union Home Ministry has recently released notification for the recruitment of total 1671 posts of Security Assistant/Executive (SA/Ex.) and Multi Tasking Staff/General (MTS/General). The application process for these posts is going to start from Saturday, 5 November, the last date is 25 November 2022 (by 23.59 PM). Interested candidates having the prescribed qualification will be able to apply through the online application form to be made available on the official website, mha.gov.in. The application fee is Rs 500, which can be paid through online means.
Eligibility Criteria for IB Recruitment:SA/AJ in Intelligence Department. And candidates willing to apply for MTS / General posts should have passed 10th examination from a recognized board. Candidates should be domicile of the same state for which they are applying. Also, should have knowledge of any one local language/dialect of the same state. The age of the candidates should not exceed 27 years as on the last date of application i.e., 25 November. Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SAC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC. Tier 1 will be same for both the posts. The duration of this exam will be 1 hour and maximum 100 marks are fixed. In this, 20 questions will be asked from General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, Numerical Ability / Logical Ability and Reasoning, English Language and General Knowledge. 1 mark will be awarded for every correct answer and 0.25 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer. Candidates declared successful on the basis of performance in Tier 1 will be called for Tier 2 in the next stage which will be Detailed Answer type and finally Tier 3 Interview/ Personality Test.
