Educational Qualification
Graduate/Technician Apprentices-

A technical or engineering degree from a recognized university
A degree in engineering or technology awarded by a university that is authorized by a law passed by the parliament to provide such degrees
A State Council or Board of Technical Degree in Engineering or Technology
Education programs in pertinent disciplines created by a state government
A university-issued Engineering or Technology diploma in a related field
