I would recommend talking to real people irl, because I don't think posting online would really do much, as it would just land in front of the eyes of the same people who wake up, take a dump, feel depressed and hopeless their whole day, eat (if they can) and sleep. These people don't always have a job, so they won't understand the reality of a working employee who is a breadwinner of a family.
