₹81 LPA offer leads placement season: Students secure roles across global firms
Strong placement outcomes continue to reflect how effectively institutions are preparing students for evolving industry demands. In the 2025–26 academic year, students across engineering and management programmes secured a range of high-value domestic and international offers, highlighting both technical capability and industry readiness.
Among the standout achievements, the highest package of ₹81 LPA was secured by a mechanical engineering student with a Saudi Arabia-based organisation. In addition, management students received international offers of ₹35 LPA and ₹33 LPA from a Finland-based company, pointing to growing global opportunities for Indian graduates.
Recent placement trends also indicate a stronger alignment between academic preparation and industry expectations. Recruiters today are increasingly looking for candidates who combine technical proficiency with problem-solving ability, communication skills, and adaptability, making structured training and early industry exposure key differentiators.
These results were shared by KL Deemed to be University, where the placement cycle reflected both scale and consistency across programmes.
Top offers and student outcomes
The highest package of ₹81 LPA was secured by Velagapudi Sathvik, a B.Tech Mechanical Engineering student, marking one of the top international offers in this placement cycle.
Reflecting on the achievement, Sathvik said, “Securing this opportunity is a truly proud and humbling moment for me. My journey has been shaped by consistent effort, continuous learning, and the determination to overcome challenges. KL Deemed to be University provided me with the right environment through strong academic support, structured training, and constant mentorship to grow and perform with confidence.”
Further strengthening the global placement trend, MBA students Harini and Sathvik secured international roles with packages of ₹35 LPA and ₹33 LPA, respectively.
Consistent placement performance across salary bands
Beyond the highest offers, the broader placement landscape reflects strong outcomes across multiple salary brackets.
According to Dr G. Parthasaradhi Varma, Vice Chancellor, students secured offers of ₹52 LPA, ₹44 LPA, ₹40 LPA, and ₹34 LPA across leading organisations. Around 150 students received packages of ₹25 LPA and above, while over 630 students secured offers exceeding ₹15 LPA.
B.Tech programmes recorded a median package of ₹7.5 LPA, indicating consistent performance across a large student base.
Early placement momentum builds ahead of graduation
Another notable trend this year is early placement activity. Dr Varma shared that around 30 students from the B.Tech 2027 batch (third year) have already secured offers from organisations such as Visa, Flipkart, Siemens, Cummins, DRDO, and others, reflecting increasing industry engagement with students well before graduation.
Multi-campus ecosystem and industry alignment
The placement outcomes are supported by a multi-campus ecosystem spanning Vijayawada and Hyderabad, including KLH Aziznagar, KLH Bachupally, and KLH Global Business School, Kondapur.
A focus on multidisciplinary learning enables students to build both technical expertise and business understanding, aligning with evolving industry expectations.
Internships as a pathway to employment
Internships continue to play a significant role in shaping career outcomes. During the academic year, students secured over 8,500 virtual internships and 4,500 on-ground internships, along with more than 3,500 internship-cum-placement opportunities.
In many cases, these opportunities translated into full-time roles, creating a direct pathway from training to employment.
Skill development and certifications
Students collectively achieved over 16,000 global certifications in emerging areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, and FinTech.
Alongside technical expertise, structured training in communication, aptitude, coding, and domain-specific skills has helped enhance overall employability and workplace readiness.
Bridging academics and industry
A project-based, outcome-driven learning approach is supported by industry interaction through guest lectures, mentoring sessions, hackathons, and real-world projects.
This combination of academic learning and practical exposure enables students to transition more effectively into professional roles.
Looking ahead
As institutions continue to strengthen industry partnerships and expand global collaborations, there is a growing emphasis on aligning academic frameworks with real-world requirements.
The latest placement outcomes reflect a broader shift where consistent skilling, practical exposure, and early industry engagement are shaping career readiness among students.
