WHO: DRASHTA SARVAIYA HOW TO KNOW HER: She’s a dreamer. This Delhi-based, NIFT graduate knows how to capture her creatitvity in the most beautiful outfits. FASHION QUOTIENT: “Fashion is a silent language, creative and expressive. It’s a work of art which you can actually wear.”
HER BIG CHALLENGE: “In this industry you have to keep creating something new and different.” I'M INSPIRED BY: “We’re surrounded by beautiful things and I try to capture that beauty in my designs. Style and sensibility of designers like Manish Arora and Rajesh Pratap Singh really inspire me.” PERSONAL STYLE: “Funky, quirky, fun and chic -- that’s me.” STYLE TIP: “Take time and think what suits you the most, just because something is in fashion doesn’t mean you should follow it blindly. PLEASE DON’T follow the Ekta Kapoor serial look -- it’s so loud, cheap and unbearable.”

It’s an art.’’ HER BIG CHALLENGE: “Fashion is intriguing and exciting. The challenge is to come up with new colours and silhouettes every season.” I'M INSPIRED BY: “Love, emotions and random things around me.” PERSONAL STYLE: “Is fun and casual. I enjoy what I wear.” STYLE TIP: “Find clothes, colours and designs that suit your body type.” WHO: ELISHA WADHWANI HOW TO KNOW HER: She’s the ultra-cool Delhite, back from London College of Fashion. Not only that, she’s got a formal training in jewellery designing. She’s passionate about dressing people. While with you, she’ll give you some cool style tips. FASHION QUOTIENT: “Fashion to me is an expression. Your outfit reflects your attitude, mood, inner feelings and sensibility.” HER BIG CHALLENGE: “To be original and innovative. It’s exciting and unnerving.” I'M INSPIRED BY: “The environment, my travelling experiences. I even get inspired by a butterfly...” PERSONAL STYLE: “I’m moody. There are times, when I spend hours on my makeup, accessories etc. When I’m in a casual mood, I just walk around in a pair of jeans and high-heels. But confidence makes all the difference.” STYLE TIP: “You could be wearing bizarre clothes and still carry them with an attitude. And you could be wearing the classiest dress and not get noticed. Don’t overdo anything. Be confident. It’s all about attitude. Small earrings can spice up your look, while bright-coloured lipstick can break the look.” WHO: MEHER MIRCHANDANI HOW TO KNOW HER: She works with her friend Riddhima in Dubai, and wants to make smart clothing. FASHION QUOTIENT: “Fashion is about originality, creativity, expressing who you are. Your outfit can say a lot about you.” HER BIG CHALLENGE: “Making stunning outfits that look sexy.” I’M INSPIRED BY: “Variety of shapes, motifs, colours and textures. From the mosque tombs to fishermen’s nets, I tend to be drawn towards simple things around me.” PERSONAL STYLE: “I prefer to wear simple, well-fitted clothes. For me, style is about confidence.” STYLE TIP: “You can wear a simple pair of blue jeans and a white t-shirt – yet look really stylish.” WHO: RIDDHIMA HOW TO KNOW HER: This Dubai-based designer believes that her designs stand out. FASHION QUOTIENT: “An affair with fashion can go on forever.” HER BIG CHALLENGE: “There is an indescribable excitement that my interpretation of a theme will be an expression of style for someone else, and to deliver it in a unique way is a challenge.” I'M INSPIRED BY: “I have always been drawn towards abstract and geometric designs in paintings and interiors. I’m fascinated by non-figurative art.” PERSONAL STYLE: “I prefer wearing comfortable clothes.’’ STYLE TIP: “Identifying what suits you is crucial when you want to look stylish. Style can always be enhanced with the right accessories – handbags, shoes and jewellery, they add a totally different dimension to an outfit.”
