I don''t think style is something one should strive for. I feel it''s important that one doesn''t attempt to have a style or develop an attitude for projective reasons. If you naturally have traits that others define as style, then that''s a different ball game all together.

For me, carrying myself is all about hitting the right comfort level. I need to walk the way that comes most naturally; I need to talk to people in a ''style'' that comes naturally to me. If it works, that''s good. Otherwise, I don''t really put in too much effort to project a particular image. You can pretend for a while, but after a while, people will be able to see right through you in any case!

Though I''ve always been very comfortable in my skin, there have been instances when people around me seem to have thought it wasn''t appropriate behaviour! For instance, I am very fond of comfortable and loose clothes. So naturally, I used to wear shorts or bermudas and t-shirts even for shoots. It was only later that people told me, rather subtly, that it wasn''t okay! After that, I''ve started making a little effort in the clothes section. I still don''t go over the top, but now it''s probably regular jeans and t-shirts that work well for me – essentially anything, as long as I remain comfortable. That''s my mantra and my ''style''.

I carry myself in a way that isn''t pretence at all. It''s important that one prioritises comfort and utility when it comes to making choices. For example, I''d rather go for a bag that is comfortable than a briefcase that will look chic but will not accommodate my stuff.

It''s important that you send out positive vibes. People should enjoy being around you. The fact that I am comfortable with who I am makes other people feel comfortable about themselves too.

> Munnabhai MBBS – Movie Stills
> More

<formid=367815></formid=367815>
